After making a booking you will receive a confirmation by email. If for any reason you do not receive this, please contact us as soon as possible.
BOOK DIRECT
Support small local businesses by booking directly with us! When you book direct, you can easily communicate with us about any special requests you may have. Our personal service and attention to detail truly set us apart. Plus, it gives us greater flexibility to accommodate changes to your booking if needed.

Rates (inclusive of GST)
Standard rate (min. stay 2 nights)
$250 per night*
Peak rate (min. stay 3 nights) long weekends/school holidays
$270 per night*
Rates are for up to 2 people.
Additional people $30 per person / per night (up to maximum 4 people)
Rollaway bed – $20 per night (5th person) (note: add this as an extra item during booking)
Portacot – $10 per stay (please bring own cot linen)

Please note there is a surcharge of $50 for one night stays.
Please let us know your bedding configuration ahead of time to ensure we have beds made up correctly for you (eg two guests who wish to use one bed in each room). There are no additional fees, but this ensures we have everything ready for your arrival.
A mid-week refresh is available for stays of 4 days or more (upon request), or once per week for longer stays. This is included in the price.
Deposit and Payments
A deposit of 50% will be required to secure your booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to stay.
If the booking is less than 30 days away, then full payment is required at time of booking.
Check in and Check out Times
Check in is from 2:00 pm and check out is by 10:00 am. (Unless otherwise arranged with the owner).
We would be grateful if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Please ensure all keys are returned on departure.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Changes made to your booking may be charged an administration fee of $30 and is subject to availability.
If cancelled 30-60 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
If cancelled 0-30 days before arrival – 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Additional terms due to COVID-19:
If Government restrictions due to COVID-19 make it impossible for you to travel or stay at our accommodation, then we can make alternative arrangements with you for:
A) new dates for a future stay (different rates may apply), or
B) a voucher for a future stay, for the value paid by the guest
C) a full refund of any prepayment/deposit.
